Great Stay
This place was very nice..Staff was kind & courteous. Room was clean, very new & modern with vinyl planks instead of carpet, bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was good, not overwhelming, but just enough. I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel were fabulous. Friendly and cheerful upon entry. Helpful in finding dining options. Breakfast was consistent with other comfort inn hotels however the person providing the breakfast was very nice and sociable. The room was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Power Outage
It was wonderful during our towns power outage. Clean, loved the hot tub and the bed was excellent. Would recommended to family that come to stay.

We only stayed over night, we arrived late and had to leave early so I can't speak for the location or how walkable the neighborhood was... but the hotel itself was well renovated, clean and the staff were very friendly.

AVOID - Room not ready at 6:30 PM. Refuse refund.
Avoid this hotel at all costs. Stay across the street. My room was not ready when I arrived at 6:30 PM, 3.5 hours after the stated check in time. They proceeded to tell me that this is because they were having staffing issues with the cleaning staff. This is after I witness staff members in the dog area out back smoking marijuana when I arrived. Maybe get some of them to make sure the rooms are ready? They then paraded out one of the cleaning staff members to corroborate this excuse (not sure why). Unfortunately, I was in town for an event and couldn’t wait around until 7 or 7:30 PM until these folks had my room ready. What if I had been a family or had elderly people with me? Why would they think this is acceptable? To make matters worse, they then denied my request for a refund. It seems pretty simple to me, I pay you money for a room. If that room is not available, you give me my money back. Not for these folks. This has to one of the most poorly run hotels I have ever tried to stay at. I would avoid staying here at all costs.
