Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HotelsI booked an accessible room. The room had 1/2 a flight of stairs required to access it. There were no grab bars near the toilet as outlined on the webpage no is was the toilet ADA height. There were two grab bars in the tub but only 1 was useful the other was too low. The shower head was fixed. This is not an accessible room. Fairly, I arrived so late that I did not go back to complain or ask for another room. It is very frustrating when I choose the amenities I require for my stay and the reality is different than present in the Hotels app.

An older motel under new very friendly and very helpful management. It is clearly being refurbished. We had a great 1 night stay.

Close to river and boating access.
Good spot to stay for a fishing trip.

The place was kind of rundown, needing upgrades. The bathroom/tub was very old and discolored. I felt the cost was pretty high for the conditions. I would not stay here again.

Very dirty and I never stayed like this bloody room then even have bed bugs which We got bites by and now we have rashes such a bloody room no clean and the blankets are very worst and not washed properly

Does not look like the pictures at all, poor housekeeping and maintenance in this place. Paint missing off the wall, spots all over the wall, chipped tub, yellow pillowcases, horrible smell in room. We opened the door, dropped the key on the dresser and left, tried to call the front desk for refund…they said they would talk to their boss and figure something out but still have not heard from them.
