There was NOTHING likale about this place. There were no reception, the Villa was n othing like the pictures shown on the website. The pool was mess and not safe to put your feet in. The yard was smelly and has too much bushes that weren't groom. We booked for 11 days could stayed one (only because it was late at night to find somewhere else to stay). Sdisappointing.unouter

Questionable Quality
Publié le 21 janv. 2023 sur HotelsThe place appeared empty from the outside and the "office" was somewhere around the back. Was hoping to use the pool but it looked unclean. Took one look at the surroundings and decided not to check in.

Finding the place was very difficult, the facilities were not too good, there were no breakfast or water provided, the wi fi was unavailable in general our stay was very disappointing

We appreciate and welcome constructive criticism of our Villa, it's services, and staff conduct... We will continue to refine and upgrade our environs and services so that all guests will feel safe and comfortable at all times during their stay.
Situations involving lack of internet service are normally beyond the control of Hunters Rest Villa. For these cases we always immediately contact our internet service provider to correct any and all technical issues.
Please note, technical issues that interfered with normal internet access on the evening of Feb 4, 2022 were fixed and fully functional by 8am Feb 5,2022.
For future reference, for anyone attempting to find the location of Hunters Rest Villa. We can easily be found using Google Maps.

Horrible horrible place it’s a run down house at the back pee was all over the bathroom we immediately move to another location

We here at Hunter's Rest are as surprised as you are to see such a review. Rooms are normally cleaned and prepared properly after a guest has checked out. This is the first type of review we have ever received.
This matter will not happen again and we apologies that you were the one it happened to. Housekeeping staff has been called to pay more attention to detail when cleaning rooms.

Enjoyed our stay w/o Breakfast
Publié le 23 janv. 2020 sur HotelsProperty was quaint, staff was friendly, room was what we were expecting. However when I asked what time breakfast was, I was told there was no breakfast. Double-checked my reservation listing and it stated "Continental Breakfast included."
I'm not sure what happened, but I did not let it spoil my day.

I had a 16 day stay
Publié le 7 juill. 2019 sur HotelsVery much enjoyed the view, staff here and the peace and quiet my husband and I had. The only complaint I have is the fact I had to constantly plunge the toilet,as a guest. Other than that enjoyed my 16day stay there for the price. Our regular housekeeper who brung is complimentary breakfast was amazing.we miss her already. I would stay again.
