Only issue we really had was the water is shut off at 8-10pm each night We were not told about this And we like to shower before bed each night Once we asked about the water issue They happily fixed the issue and we had water each night after Great room, breakfast is good Staff are very friendly and helpful

I went to sea shell palms for my birthday weekend it was great the pool is nice rooms are clean bed comfortable and friendly staff. I must say a security guard was very nice to me I think his name cue r something he took me to the room and ensure I was ok the night I came to the hotel I will come back to visit

Hi Shadra,Our accommodation is known for providing guests with a positive experience that exceeds their expectations. With our convenient location that is approximately eight (8) minutes drive away from the renowned town of Ocho Rios and five (5) minutes walk away from a thriving shopping complex, we make amenities and services very accessible. Our complimentary breakfast is a highlight for guests of which comprises Jamaican and continental food choices. Our staff are extremely passionate about catering to the needs of all of our guests. One would certainly have a wonderful stay with us.

The room was clean, staff was friendly and service was good. The property itself is in need of some renovations which I am sure is in the plans.

The staff is very good , but the water pressure was very very low in the bathroom , the property is under some renovations which is very good , because the room that we stayed in can have some modern make over update , large flat screen tv , slide standing showers etc etc but the stay was very good just need some modern upgrades
