7 Day Vacation

Week stay at hotel. We booked an ocean view room and on arrival found we were on ground floor by the family pool not our preferred choice of being higher and a bit quieter. However at our request we were moved to a higher floor which was appreciated. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food and drink was of a high standard although expensive even for Bermuda prices. The beach was beautiful and the sea lovely and the beach staff very attentive. I would have given the hotel top marks but for the high prices and we felt the cleaning of our room was a bit hit and miss. The area is fairly quiet but it is only a 15 minute walk to St George where there is a small selection of bars / restaurants. The hotel runs a free shuttle service but only for a short time early evening. However overall a lovely hotel in a peaceful location with nice staff.

Check in took a little longer than expected and a bit longer to get our bags. After that, the staff, the service, the cleaning staff all exceptional

Beautiful resort with a high ratio of staff to guests. Employees were responsive and friendly. The person manning the spa and gift shop not so much.
