Not what we'd hoped
Publié le 23 août 2023 sur HotelsWe were on a motorcycle trip and had chosen this hotel because of its swimming pool, and what a disappointment it was when we arrived to find that it wasn't open. And it clearly hasn't been open for more than a season... Apparently this is mentioned on their website, but as we booked via another platform, we didn't know.
The hotel staff are very courteous and the room is large and renovated. There's an excellent restaurant just across the street and we suggest you make a reservation to avoid having to wait. When we opened the bed to go to sleep, we had the suspicion that the sheets had not been changed and this was annoying. Breakfast was very good and with plenty of choice.

Parfait, juste à l’entrée du parc
Publié le 31 juill. 2018 sur HotelsEnregistrement facile, emplacement extra à l’entrée du parc des Great Smoky Mountains. Propre. Parking devant la chambre. Très bon petit déjeuner, complet. Le très grand lit était extrêmement confortable.

We loved our stay at BW Cades Cove. Andre welcomed us warmly and with a delightful sense of humor, answering all of my questions. His colleague, later on (after 9 pm) offered to come to our room to investigate why we weren’t getting most of the cable channels listed. The room was clean, spacious, with a little table and chairs in the corner. Bed was comfortable and our dog enjoyed the room and the large field just in the other side of the parking lot. We were able to park next to our room. I took a call on the rocking chair outside my room and moved into the lobby at 9 pm when it got too buggy. Staff asked if I needed any assistance. We slept through breakfast, but, I was able to get some tea and a granola bar to go. So near the park! Great place! Great staff! Will return someday! Thanks!
