The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The bathroom was a bit worn in places

We used the swimming pool and were the only ones in it! The buffet breakfast had a great selection and was great value for money. The only downside was the the breakfast items, crockery and cutlery were scattered in illogical places and there was no flow to being able to collect what you wanted, particularly on first arrival. The hotel should consider how the breakfast items could be better laid out. And although the Mercure may be French owned, instead of Bon Maman jams alone, they should provide Aussie-made jam, marmalade and most importantly, Vegemite!!

Unfortunately we are finding it very difficult to source the small vegemite jars as they are very popular in Australia.Regards

The rooms are tired and dated. The surrounds and dining areas are great as are the staff.

Unfortunately the walls in my room felt paper thin and the people next door were really loud. It meant I had disrupted sleep and didnt feel entirely safe.
