Moderne, très confortable
Publié le 21 avr. 2017 sur ExpediaLes appartements sont inclus dans une résidence dans laquelle des australiens vivent à l'année. On ne se sent pas à l'hôtel. Notre appartement était tres grand, très confortable et bien équipé. Un beau balcon avec vue sur la cour intérieure des immeubles et sur la piscine.
Appartement un peu excentré dans un quartier en rénovation mais avec une voiture, aucune difficulté. Il y a même un parking attribué à chaque logement

Friendly service.
In relatively good condition on arrival, however there was rubbish behind, under the beds and on the floors. The carpets and showers did not appear to be vacuumed/sanitised from the previous visitors.
Exhaust fan above the stove was not working and ‘zapped’ one of the visitors hand. Notified the front office, never heard back.

Apartment was in poor condition. Washing Machine flooded the apartment. Meant to be Queen bed was just two singles pushed together. No mattress protector. Filthy. Checked out early after washing machine flooded hotel room (was faulty shut off valve was not working), little to no help from staff. Refund has not yet hit my account (4 weeks)

Good afternoon, Heath. Thank you for taking the time to review. For the benefit of other readers, the guest had already occupied the apartment for 7days and had not raised any concerns with the room prior to the washing machine flooding, as we have an expectation that housekeeping will return and address any concerns raised. We have no control around when an appliance might fail, and the flooding was reported on Sunday morning with staff attending immediately. This was a non-refundable booking, paid to Expedia. However, given the circumstances and there was no other room available to facilitate a room, the refund for the balance of the booking was processed immediately back to Expedia's virtual card, and the guest advised that as they had paid Expedia they would need to contact them for refund. It is only now the guest has approached us to advise the refund has not been processed. We have also checked the bedding configuration, and this room has a King Split meaning it can either be used as a King bed or two singles.

Fantastic big apartments in a Great location. Friendly staff. Shame the maintenance has not been kept up. Mould above shower cubicle easy remove but left not cleaned? Pool looked green.

This property exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge, with lovely views of the river, mountains and stadium. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the Cowboys leagues club and stadium which was the purpose of our trip. There are options within walking distance for dining, takeaway and groceries. Check in and check out was very easy also. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Townsville.

2 adults and 2 children. Was nice and clean. Very roomy. Loved the locality. So close to some great eateries and everything. We will be back.
