Publié le 17 oct. 2018 sur HotelsA quelques minutes à pied de la gare, une famille très charmante, très bien accueilli, une chambre spacieuse qui donne sur la rivière avec wc et lavabo. Les onsens à quelques mètres, le charme de la station avec en prime les festivités. Attention pour les restaurants, beaucoup sont fermés le soir. Magnifique étape!

Kojinmari was the most beautiful hotel we stayed at in Japan. Very friendly staff, in a great location as it was only a 5min walk from the train station and 13min walk to the furthest onsen.
The main issue was that the room had the worst mattresses we've had in Japan—even too firm for my partner, who loves firm mattresses. So we woke up in pain and needed the onsen to help relieve the pain. Also, there are no blackout curtains, and you can hear any noises from the street very easily.

We sincerely thank you.Thank you for your feedback.As for mattresses, we use Simmons mattresses, which are used in many hotels.We think it's a great mattress and have adopted it.It's a personal feeling, so it may vary from person to person.I have never heard anyone say that the mattress is too hard.I was surprised because I have received many comments saying that the mattress is comfortable to sleep on.We have also deliberately not used blackout curtains, as we prefer to let in natural light.Although the stay was not to your liking, I am glad that you enjoyed visiting the hot springs.If you have another opportunity, please come to Kinosaki Onsen.We wish you happiness and health. Charming, unique stay

This was our favorite place to stay on our whole trip in Japan. The breakfast was delicious and the whole family is kind. The room is spacious, quiet, clean, and well-designed. They also have great local Japanese products in their shop! We really enjoyed our stay.
