Hotel is clean and nice. Restaurant not open. Lounge not open. This is why chose this hotel. Had leave for food and drink. No breakfast either.

Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of the city, the Pinnacle Hotel offers easy access to all the main attractions while maintaining a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle.
Service: The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the concierge helping with local recommendations or the housekeeping team keeping everything immaculate, every interaction was warm and professional.
Accommodation: The room was a haven of luxury and comfort. Tastefully decorated with a modern flair, it featured an incredibly comfortable bed, high-quality linens, and stunning views of the city skyline. Loved our stay

We loved our stay and have been at Best Western hotels in all our towns on this road trip and not disappointed. Room was perfect. Every detail was well thought out. Brayden recommended Chinese restaurant double happiness across the street.and it so delicious! Great,job

The hotel was a welcome surprise. We just needed a place within walking distance to a concert hall. Clean and well kept updated where it's appropriate for a historic building. I didn't know what to expect, but it was one of my most comfortable stays ever! Worth every penny! I'll definitely stay here again!
