Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper mattress. Then to move to another room elsewhere for additional cost of €60, this additional cost was not in our budget. The room was not the problem, using translate, we explained the actual problem was the bed frame was Unstable. Our stay was 3 nights. We left after 2 nights, we messaged host advising. Basic needs of a Good nights sleep is essential. We did not receive this due to the Poor quality of the bed in this room. We had access to the kitchen. Basic: Microwave Coffee machine and kettle. Fridge/freezer. Low additional crockery. There is a lift, Room on 5th Floor. Poor soundproofing. Other tenants in the properties above could be heard, children running above, talking, doors banging. For those wanting TV only Italian Stations. This was not a problem for us don't need. We did not have a view. All these sites advertising accommodation need to check out what They are offering their customers. And ensure that the facts are correct. As for the town, Trani has a nice Port.

kind guest, we are sorry that your stay was not pleasant, we tried to do everything possible to satisfy your requests, even purchasing a bowl where you could cook the eggs in the microwave, and it was not something within our competence given that it is not a kitchenette, but rather a refreshment area where you can prepare coffee and tea. Regarding the bed, we proposed various solutions: the topper (which one of our collaborators promptly arranged), the change of room to a higher level apartment, we proposed everything possible, but she accepted nothing because she would have wanted a bed as a replacement, but do you know how long it takes to get a replacement bed? Maybe not, especially considering that a squeaky bed has no significant problem. Regarding noise, dear lady, we are in a condominium, where many families live, it is normal to hear families from nearby accommodation, the only solution is to be isolated, so your choice cannot be a B&B in a condominium. That said, we did everything we could to satisfy herkind regardsstaff

Tolles Apartment

Sehr sehr tolles, luxuriöses Apartment im Herzen der neuen Stadtmitte von Trani. Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte durch eine sehr freundliche Dame, die mir auch gleich einige Tipps zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt gab. All diese sind ab dem Apartment gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Apartment mangelte es uns an nichts, eine tolle und moderne Ausstattung, schöner Balkon, geräumige Zimmer und eine voll ausgestattete Küche.

Buona esperienza ma l’unica pecca era le finestre che si affacciavano sul cavedio e non era presente il balcone come in fotografia ed in prenotazione. La colazione buona, genuina e fresche ma ripetitiva quotidianamente.

Gentile ospite, Grazie per la sua recensione siamo felici che il suo soggiorno sia trascorso piacevolmente. La camera da lei prenotata è con finestra e bagno interno, la foto a cui si riferisce rappresenta la foto principale della struttura e cioè dell’altra camera, con balcone e bagno esterno alla camera.
