The property was beautiful and very close to the happenings in town. There were some challenging parking issues the first day but they were fixed by morning (we had to find local parking and pay in coins because the valet wasn’t an option). The hotel breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is close to the marina and the center of town but quite far from the cable car to Erice. But the hotel called a taxi and we made it to the cable car with no problem. Erice was a must do! Also the hotel booked us an all day small boat excursion to the islands that was awesome!

They ran out of bath towels, which is unbelievable in a 4 star hotel. Brkfst was ver good. Location was excellent.

Great location and friendly staff.
Publié le 15 févr. 2023 sur HotelsA modern hotel in the historic area of Trapani, which is well placed for a number of top attractions, restaurants and the main shopping streets. Reception staff were excellent and arranged valet parking and take away breakfast on day of departure. We had a 3 night stay and would stay in this hotel again. Good value for money.

When we arrived I specifically asked if the room was facing a quiet street. I was assured that it was. Starting at 8 the street facing the room became very loud. The front desk people said oh yes the restaurant will close at 11:30-12. We had to demand at 11 to move rooms as we were exhausted and irritated that they seem to think they could decide when we could go to sleep. Then we asked for access to the temperature and they claimed they did. It did not function!
To make matters worse the rude front desk person on check out was sure we could not understand Italian! Wrong! We understood as she insulted us to her colleague. What an uncomfortable rude experience!

Dear Mrs Parish,We are very sorry for your bad experience and we wish to have another chance from you.We understand your discomfort for the noise from outside and, in order to make you feel better we moved to another room immediately, we also gave you a free upgrade.Regarding the AC, you reported that was not working during check out, if I had knew before I could have helped you by changing the mode in the central system. Sorry if you felt insulted, the front office agent was talking about personal issues.Hope to see you again in Trapani.Best regards
