Très bon séjour

La chambre est très confortable et spacieuse. le petit-déjeuner est servi sur la terrasse à la demande. On peut accéder à la terrasse quand on le souhaite. L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le centre ville et près de la plage

Nice spacious unit with two bedrooms and bathrooms. Beautiful view from the window. A beautiful lady from reception helped us to find nice restaurants nearby.

Good Friday in Trapani
Publié le 14 avr. 2023 sur HotelsWhile we would stay here again, due to location and spaciousness of unit--more like an apartment than a hotel room--very nice, with washing machine, there is definite room for improvement.
The check in was a nightmare, arriving by car at night. The hotel was marked only by a small tile next to the door. We drove by it several times and could not find it. We did call and reach a person but no one offered to come outside to flag us down etc.
We even stopped to ask at neighboring businesses who had no idea of it. There is a mattress store across the street with 24/7 lighted signage--this can help you locate it! There is NO PARKING if you are arriving in a vehicle.
The description/picture of seaside view is not accurate--that is only from a rooftop deck and not all that great. Both of our units overlooked an alleyway and other apartments.
Our heat/AC was not working and they provided a portable fan unit inside our unit. That was fine but we were only notified on check in.
Again, we would stay there due to location for Good Friday Processional but there is much they can do to make it a more accurate description and easier to find.

Check in was a nightmare. Two rooms were booked, one through Expedia and one through booking.com
Turned up and no rooms were available. Manager Laura was phoned who initially apologised but blamed it on Expedia. She would not give a refund. Later she offered alternative accomodation, but after another hour or so came back to me saying this was unavailable.
Booked another hotel and quite some time later she advised she had found us a hotel. Very poor service. The hotel and expedia have no standards, they are just happy to take your money.
I would not recommend this hotel or expedia to anyone.

I'm sorry to read that she even experienced a nightmare at check-in, I remember she was sitting comfortably on the sofa waiting for us to solve the problem. Unfortunately it can happen that something breaks in a room, as in this case, a problem in the bathroom, and you may understand that, in the middle of August, it is not easy to be able to solve it immediately, so we promptly tried to find another accommodation for your colleague at another accomodation.
But, again for the reason that we were in very high season, other hotels also had difficulty in hosting his colleague. I don't think it's a problem of organization of services, it was just unfortunate, the important thing is that in the end you managed to have your room, and also your colleague, and to sleep comfortably.

La cosa più significativa è la posizione centralissima. Ovviamente questo comporta problemi all'arrivo (percorso tra vicoli quasi intransitabili per un'auto che segue il navigatore) e mancanza di un parcheggio riservato (se ne trova uno facilmente sul vicino lungomare ad un costo molto basso). La sistemazione è buona ma la struttura praticamente non è presidiata.

Buongiorno e grazie per la recensione. La struttura si trova in pieno centro storico ed è possibile raggiungerla in macchina, fino vicino al portone di ingresso, per scaricare i bagagli. Ora, non so quali vie "intransitabili" il navigatore le abbia fatto percorrere, ma, le assicuro che per arrivare si percorre solo una strada larga e comoda per l'auto. Poi, in qualsiasi centro storico d'Italia, trova strade strette, nello specifico, piene di storia e cultura siciliana e trapanese! Ma, certamente sono aree solo pedonali. E per il parcheggio riservato, ribadisco che ci troviamo nel centro Storico, non esistono strutture con parcheggio riservato qui in centro, le abbiamo infatti indicato quello pubblico, a soli 100 metri e molto economico.
In bassa stagione (lei è stato qui a gennaio), la reception non è presidiata tutto il tempo, vista la poca affluenza di turismo a Trapani, ma, come le abbiamo spiegato, siamo super disponibili per ogni esigenza e pronti ad aiutarla al bisogno, subito presenti se necessario.
