HOTELS.COM CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsHotels.com is the worst. They would not let us change our reservation by 1 day early. And they blamed Cambria hotel. Do not use Hotels.com! We ended up paying for 4 nights when we only could stay for 3.

Nice location because of the shuttle that takes you to downtown. I don’t like that we were kicked out of the lobby because we brought down coffee from the room. The coffee they provided! Later we were told if we had used the mugs, no issue. But that was later. That drops the rating for me a couple of stars. We can’t enjoy the Lobby? Beds room towels were excellent.

Thank you for sharing your experience at the Cambria.I'm glad you enjoyed the shuttle and the linens that we offer. I'm confused about the coffee not being allowed in our lobby. We don't allow outside alcoholic beverages in our lobby or restaurant , but we do allow our own coffee.Sorry for the confusion.Jack Buist

Quality of restaurant is unique in this day and age. Outstanding waiter in restaurant on first night. Waitress second night was not pleasant. Anyone should be overjoyed at being able to work at such a fine restaurant.
