I was disappointed that there were areas on the walls that were spackled but not sanded or painted. The rug was frayed around the edges and could have been hidden by turning rug around under the bed. The poor Schefflera plant by the window was very dehydrated and almost dead - I cleaned it up and gave it 7 glasses of water to try to revive it. These are small things, but at the price of the room, attention to detail would be expected. On the other hand, the staff, their attention to detail and their care was outstanding!

Friendly staff. Greeted with complimentary glass of sparkling wine. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and champagne with chocolate covered strawberries we’re waiting in the room just as I had requested. This was a nice surprise for him. Restaurant onsite was pricey but well worth it. Enjoyed the lake views. Construction on street was inconvenience when trying to exit parking lot. Overall a great hotel and would stay here again next time we visit the area.

Perfect weekend up north

The Artisan restaurant is excellent, with fantastic staff. The bartender Christopher is a true gem. The front desk staff is also wonderful and very accommodating. I will definitely be returning to the Delamar, and highly recommend it
