Downtown Frankfort-Open YR Round-3BR near Storm Cloud Brewery & Crystal Mountain

Luxury 3 bedroom, one bathroom Condo located right in the heart of Downtown Frankfort. Less than 3 blocks from the Lake Michigan beach and directly across the street from Stormcloud Brewing (M Live’s Best New Brewery)! Steps from the Historic Garden Theater, downtown restaurants and all the Frankfort has to offer!

This beautiful Condo is located above Frankfort Hardware, and does require 2.5 flights of stairs for access. Unfortunately, it is not handicap accessible. Bedroom one features a king bed and closet, and bedroom two a queen. Bedroom three is complete with a queen bed and beautiful view of Betsie Bay and Jacobson’s Marina. A pack-n-play is also available. The spacious wrap around couch pulls out to offer an additional bed. There is a TV located in each bedroom and the main living area.

There is a small blue ray and book collection in the south facing bedroom in case you find yourself with a rainy day.

The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and eating in, or treat yourself to all of the best food Frankfort has to offer, just steps from your door! There is a reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen, so you don't have to worry about lugging bottled water either.

The bathroom is complete with a shower and washer/dryer, note that there is no tub in this condo. Towels are provided.

WiFi and cable, as well as Netflix, and Amazon Prime video are available throughout.

Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Parking is available for one car directly behind the property, additional free 24hr parking is only one block away in the City Municipal Parking lot. Snow removal is provided.

Bike parking: A space is available outside (covered) to lock bikes. Some guests choose to carry their bikes to the second landing (2 flights of stairs) for indoor storage.

Excellent location
This property is exactly as listed and is in the heart of downtown Frankfort. You can walk to shops and restaurants or eat in using the well stocked kitchen. Parking was not an issue for us, but we stayed in the fall when it is less busy, so I imagine if you have more than one vehicle in your party it could be harder in the summer season. The views of Betsie Bay are awesome to wake up to and the beach and trails are right out the door. We will definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful and well stocked rental! It was very clean and updated as well as being fully stocked with everything we could have needed and more. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony viewing beautiful Betsie Lake. The location was perfect for walking to anywhere in town.

Family fun in Frankfort
Perfect stay for our family of four. More than enough space and absolutely spotless. The hosts thought of every detail and quick to respond to questions. Beautiful views and right in the middle of shopping and restaurants. Short walk to beach for amazing sunsets. Must stay when in Frankfort!

Great stay, close to everything
We enjoyed our stay again this summer. With different aged kids, proximity to Main Street allowed all to enjoy their activities of choice. It was easy to load up a wagon for the short walk to the beach. We particularly appreciate being able to do laundry when needed. Great new couch!

Perfect location and accommodations
This was our second time back to the condo. We love it! The location is ideal! We never got in our car. Everything is walkable and the view from the deck looking out to the Marina makes you not want to leave the condo. This was a Family trip and the memories are priceless. Great Spot in the heart of Frankfort

The condo was in a perfect location. It was fabulous to look out the window and see the water. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. We loved the little gift basket with treats. Amazing location!
Great location, excellent view, roomy, impeccably clean. Right above the hardware store in Frankfort's nice downtown, block or so from the beach. Bakery and bagel place right near by that I'd highly recommend. Nice home base for seeing the Sleeping Bear Dunes area. Would 100% recommend and would come back

Autumn family vacation to Frankfort, time to talk and share and hiking
The condo is amazing, and better than the VRBO pictures. We were totally surprised and impressed!!! The condo is so very clean, well maintained, decorated beautifully. The table is large, and perfect for us for family board games in the evening. The hosts Kate and Josh made many kind efforts to make the stay excellent, and providing for things we might have forgotten. The location is truly perfect, and near my favorite bookstore. We highly recommend
We traveled in for a weekend convention and decided to stay here rather than drive in each day from Traverse City. We convinced a couple to cancel there hotel and stay with us. We all loved it. Full kitchen, large sectional couch, snacks were left in a basket on the table (thank you). Very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again. So much better than a hotel and the view is awesome! The owner of the marina was fun to talk to and he'll let you walk along the docks. Great small down and walking distance to do many nice places. Delightful stay in Frankfort
My husband and I picked this spot because of its proximity to the Ironman start and because of how comfortable and inviting it looked online. What an absolutely wonderful place to stay! Clean, quiet, close to everything. We immediately felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The balcony was the perfect spot to drink coffee in the morning and to listen to the water and seagulls. We would definitely stay again!

Great location with a great view
This downtown apartment provides a great spot to spend time in Frankfort and nearby points of interest. There are two and a half flights of stairs to enter the apartment. The view of the marina and Betsie Lake from the living area and deck is great. The apt is above/behind the hardware store and you have no "neighbors," so it's nice and quiet. It was well-stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. It's located next to our favorite ice cream shop (The Cool Spot) and close to some good restaurants, including Stormcloud Brewing Company across the street. It is also within walking distance to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy. Overall, great place for the money. Thank you, Kate!
