Family Weekend
Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time visiting with family. Staying in this condo made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We were close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager, John, answered all of my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

Traverse City Visit

They were accommodating and let us know we could check in earlier than planned which worked out perfectly. The condo was roomy enough for my husband and I, but also great when we hosted family members for dinner two of the nights (7 people total).
The location is convenient to the downtown area. We walked downtown two different times and it was no more than a 10 minute walk. What I did not like about the location was how close it was to the street. The street was busy well after midnight and cars turning onto Hope St their headlights would come directly into the bedroom. This started in the morning too with people going to work.
The most unpleasant thing about our stay were the people in the condo above us. They were very noisy - seemed they were always dropping or banging something and constantly walking heavily back and forth (like they always wore heavy shoes). This was in the mornings and evenings until well after midnight our entire stay. The only other thing was one of the days the city turned off the water as they were working in the street, but they provided notice providing the timeframe, but the water wasn't off as long as they had anticipated and no fault of the owners.
The condo was equipped with all the necessary needs. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and the condo allowed us to do what we wanted to when renting which was to visit with family members who live in Traverse City.

QUICK WEEKEND GETAWAY
