5 BR, 3 BA, spacious modern fully equipped kitchen with large island. Beautiful dining, 2 large living areas with 75” TVs. Very nice game room. Hot tub and outdoor furniture to enjoy & relax.
Great outdoor fire pit to gather together.

Very convenient & peaceful location near Long Lake. ABOUT THE SPACE: Welcome to Dream Palace!
This is a beautiful split level home located in a perfectly quiet neighborhood.
The upstairs provides a beautiful, spacious, modern kitchen that is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils along with a microwave, toaster, a Kurig machine and more! A great living area with a 75inch TV. A dining room with access to a cozy little balcony with outdoor seating that overlooks the large backyard.
There are also two bedrooms with full beds that share a big, double-sink bathroom and shower located off the hallway. And Finally a spacious master bedroom with king bed, two closets, a 60in TV, and an ensuite bathroom.
Before heading downstairs you will find a 2 car garage all clean and empty to park vehicles away from the weather.
Downstairs you walk in to an amazing game room with a pool table and a foosball table ,2 extra closets for storage, and access to another outdoor patio and the backyard.
Within the game-room is also a second family room with another 75 inch TV. Down the hallway you will find two more bedrooms. One which includes an office table with a printer and laminator available to use anytime! And another full bathroom with a tub/shower to share located off the hallway. A massive laundry room is also available to use any time located at the end of the hallway.
Beside the beautiful house, this property provides a relaxing spacious backyard.
A cozy fire pit with extra camping chairs in the garage for extra seating, swings for kids/adults, extra outdoor seating couch underneath the balcony , a grill to make delicious dinners, and an amazing Hot Tub to end an already perfect day!
Overall, this house provides lots of hanging out areas and lots of room for kids and adults to spread out and enjoy what this home has to offer!

A wonderful family Christmas weekend in Traverse City!
Our 2nd annual stay at this wonderful home situated in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the spacious living areas including pool table, foosball & hot tub. We spent the days in downtown Traverse City, shopping and wine tasting and then were able to gather back at the house for a fun game night to celebrate Christmas with family. Clean, modernly decorated and well stocked with everything that you'll need for a great stay. We appreciated the snack basket upon arrival! <3

Great place for group of friends or family. Offers nice gathering areas and provides spaces for privacy. Nice setup! The rental could use more towels. The water in the jacuzzi was cloudy, but it could have need from the well water….All in all, GREAT value! I hope to rent again next year. Highly recommended!

The home is close enough to stores yet not right near them. Everything in the home is as pictured plenty of kitchen items for use beds are comfy pillows, exceptionally comfortable. It's absolutely a beautiful home well kept and has everything that you need. Alex is awesome!!! He was always prompt with answering questions I had. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Great Accomodations for Group
This was a great stay for our work trip! I was traveling with four of my colleagues for a work conference, and the home checked off all of our boxes! It was clean, spacious, and welcoming. We didn’t use the hot tub or outdoors areas, but everything else was great! And I’m a detailed person, so I appreciated the rules being outlined on the fridge. I would definitely stay there again. The only thing, I wish it were closer to our conference location (as the booking description had us thinking we were 10 minutes away instead of the actual 20-30 minutes away).

Great Place, Great Location
The space was clean and comfortable. The house was great and the property was perfect for a family traveling with young children (big yard, swings, game room). You're an easy 10 minute drive to downtown Traverse City, 25 minutes from Sutton's Bay, 30 minutes to Sleeping Bear Dunes. Alex was super communicative and helpful. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Great stay and accommodation’s! Perfect for our crew, 2 families of 4, really nice & clean. There is a king bed on each floor which was really nice 😊 Close to all the beaches we wanted to go to, hot tub games and fire pit were a plus! Couldn’t have been better suited for us - the owners were so easy to reach out to if needed, but we had it all. Make sure and go to moomers for a vanilla shake - best shake I’ve had in my whole life, and a great little market across the street for anything u might need.

Terrific Home!
We stayed at Dream Palace and had a great time. House was so easy to have a larger group, beds were comfortable, decor was beautiful, hot tub was hot and Alex responded immediately with our one request we had during the stay. Loved being close to traverse city and we did a fun hike at the dunes which was not a far drive. We wil be back!

Fantastic stay!!
Our family had a great time!! What a great space to have fun! Everyone especially enjoyed the hot tub and game room. The kids, as well as some of the adults had a blast sledding and playing in the big back yard! It was super clean with everything we needed for our long weekend!! We couldn’t be more pleased! The host (Alex) communicated very well and was eager to make our experience as enjoyable as possible!! I would definitely recommend Dream palace!! We made some great family memories!!❤️

Friends Trip
We visited the Dream Palace for a holiday & NYE ski trip with a group of friends and this home was absolutely perfect for our trip. The home is beautiful inside and so clean. Location is very convenient for going downtown TC, or skiing at Crystal Mtn. The house is very comfortable and so roomy. All the bedrooms and living spaces were very clean and have all the necessities you need for a weekend getaway. Having the game room, and hot tub were awesome to have access to for New Years Eve. Host is very responsive and check in / check out were very easy. Everyone in group commented on how wonderful this home was. I would absolutely recommend staying here with your group for a trip to Traverse City.

Amazing home perfect for larger groups
We arrived for our Christmas weekend get together to the ambient glow of a Christmas tree greeting us. The home is nestled in the midst of other homes but once you get inside you'd never know there is a soul around. The back yard goes forever and the house is large, open and beautifully decorated. You feel as if you're in your own bubble, on your own island. We enjoyed the hot tub and game tables after a long day shopping and site seeing in Traverse City. Our group of 8 (2 families) including 4 picky twenty somethings all agreed that we slept wonderfully on the memory foam mattresses. One morning we made breakfast there and found everything that we needed in the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed having 3 full baths for our group. We watched the Lions play on the big screen in the living room and made some great memories playing games at the large dining room table. If in this area again we would definitely return to the Dream Palace! Thank you, Alex!!

Well kept, spacious and clean property
I picked this place for proximity to Traverse City and Torch Lake for a trip with my motorcycle buddies. I would highly recommend this property for a group setting where you can interact and enjoy the company of each other while having 5 bedrooms when you are ready to rest. An unexpected bonus was to have the 2 car garage available to safely keep our 5 motorcycles overnight without any worries.
