We will be back!
Slow season so it was very quiet but felt well accommodated. Guest services made sure we were comfortable from the time we arrived. Breakfast delivered to our door was an unexpected treat. This would be a wonderful summer stay!

Hotel interior is getting tired and beat down. Hallway carpets are dirty and bathroom was in poor condition. Pool area could use a deep cleaning.

Very helpful staff, beautiful room, love having breakfast ready at my door. The only weird things was my adult son went outside to smoke on the beach, came back in and purchased drinks At the Front Desk then they sent someone up to check if he was smoking in the room.. He obviously had just walked in from outside. Other than that we had a pleasant stay. I flew in to visit him for his birthday. We had a nice vacation/staycation! The pool and hot tub were very nice. I really enjoyed my stay, it was nice to relax in a hotel that felt like an apartment. I’ll definitely be staying here again when I come visit Traverse City family!

The resort was ok. Service at front desk was slow. Breakfast was a prepared box. It is nice to have a breakfast buffet. Normal things like pan and paper were not in rooms. Not all bad, but just ok.

Great hotel!
The hotel was super clean, had a nice balcony, had adult pool hours, and gave free boxed breakfasts for the morning! They were delivered right to your door!

Convenient hotel with great service!
We stayed here before our early flight. They offered the breakfast super early so that we could have it before our flight that left at 5:45 am! The pool was great and the hot tub was hot! Very nice hotel and the price was also great.
