Nestled in the tranquil beauty of the Abaco Islands, Treasure Cay is renowned for its top-rated beaches and offers a peaceful, authentic Bahamian experience away from the crowds. Our newly renovated oceanfront home provides stunning views of the Sea of Abaco and is ideal for families or groups looking to unwind and enjoy the serenity of island life.

Property Highlights:

5 Bedrooms & 3 Bathrooms: Comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests, the home features a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed and en suite bathroom, three additional bedrooms with queen beds, and a loft area with two queen beds. Three of the bedrooms offer gorgeous ocean views through sliding glass doors that open onto the porch.

Master Bathroom: Luxurious double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Additional Bathrooms: Two more bathrooms, each with large walk-in showers for convenience and comfort.

Open-Concept Living: The airy floor plan includes a large dining table, a breakfast bar with seating for 4, and cozy seating areas featuring a comfortable couch and accent chairs. The entire back wall of the living room boasts 3 sets of glass doors that offer panoramic views of the stunning ocean.

Fully Equipped Kitchen: Perfect for preparing island-inspired meals and frosty tropical drinks, the kitchen comes fully stocked with every appliance and gadget you need for an enjoyable stay. The refriderator is double filtered with water softner and reverse osmosis tank making the ice and beverage center perfectly suitable for drinking. The pitcher of water will refill once door is closed, and the ice maker produces 2 sizes of ice for your beverages. If more ice is needed the commercial ice machine is in the garage and is also filtered.

Outdoor Living: Enjoy the fresh island air on the spacious covered patio, with ample seating to relax with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. For outdoor dining, there's a grill and a table with seating for 8—ideal for cookouts and sunset meals.

Dock & Water Activities:

50’ Dock with Dolphin Poles: Watch marine life come to life right at your doorstep, including sea turtles, stingrays, dolphins, and colorful fish. The dock is perfect for mooring a boat (rentals available from the nearby marina) and includes a fish cleaning station with water and power on the dock for those who enjoy a day out fishing. Additionally, there’s a commercial ice maker with 250 pounds of storage capacity hooked up to a water softner and reverse osmosis ultraviolet light, ideal for all your fishing and boating needs. In the garage is also a stand alone freezer and a refridgerator w/freezer for extra space for beverages and food.

Lower Landing: A great spot to jump into the crystal-clear waters or launch one of the provided kayaks from the dedicated kayak dock.

Paradise Found!
Palms & Paradise is a gem...beautifully situated with your own private beach a few yards away and an open water view with easy access to boating! The home is also newly renovated in beautiful neutral tones and feels very much the beach get away. A well-equipped kitchen and comfy beds are icing on the cake. Be sure to take advantage of the owner's network of service providers as well...they could not have been nicer or more reliable. This was our first trip to the Abacos, and we all absolutely loved it!

Excellent location with boat slip in Treasure Cay
Our home for the week was clean, well equipped and accommodated our group of 4 comfortably. We all loved the sea wall and explored the ocean life near it every morning! The dock is huge and was a great place to jump on other boats. Our boat was perfectly safe and secure and at night we turned the underwater lights on to observe more underwater life at night. The little sandbar across the channel was the best place for us to gather with the 6 other groups of pirates we were traveling with ;-)) The house allowed us to not worry about accommodations and we could focus on enjoying our vacation!

Awesome house in an awesome location!
Such a gorgeous location. The house is beautiful. Very comfortable with lots of room for our group of 7 adults. You can literally swim to your own personal sandbar. The house is well stocked and well equipped with bikes and floats. The owners and Jackie (property manager) were so helpful when we ran into some boat trouble. We hope to visit again!

Great week!
The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was even better in person than the online photos. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The views were amazing and the beach across the bay was an easy swim or kayak across to enjoy. The caretakers made our travel to and from the airport very easy. They were helpful in getting us to the grocery store and pointing out all of the must see places on the island. This was the first week of vaca with our first grandchild and one of our son’s got engaged while we were here. It was a great place to make many memories and enjoy a week with our family.

Amazing vacation!
I cannot say enough about this house and the amazing vacation we had this past week! We loved being able to rent a boat for the week and keep at the house. It was a nice boat ride to swim with rays and turtles at Green Turtle, swim with pigs at No Name, and enjoy drinks at Grabbers and Nippers at Great Guana! Coming back to the house and enjoying the outdoor space and swimming over to the beach was great. Our kids were able to feed turtles right off the dock at the house and even were lucky enough to swim with a dolphin! We will definitely return!

Ahhh Paradise!
What a wonderful trip! We took our family- 3 boys and their significant others, 2 babies under the age of 3, and my husband and me. The cottage was perfectly situated. We would wake every morning and drink our coffee on the back porch overlooking the canal. We took advantage of everything that the house had to offer- the kayaks and snorkeling gear were a big hit! We chartered a boat which was a bit hit-Our favorite activity was swimming and feeding the turtles and rays. Such a special place! We will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful Treasure property
This property was perfect for our family vacation. The house accommodated everyone from 3 years to 80! From the start of booking our trip the Crosby’s made everything so easy. “Jackie”, our driver allowed us to stop at the store from the airport to pick up any necessities. The house has everything needed to prepare meals. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks and the boat dock. This will be a place we will return to!

Gorgeous and on the water
Our group of 8 walked directly to the ocean behind the house, which was absolutely gorgeous, and we all decided to swim without delay. We changed and were in the water within minutes. The water is crystal clear. The owners had provisioned the house with everything needed inside and out (including a fishing pole, kayaks, and bicycles). Note, dinner options are a 1.5-2.5 miles away, so be aware of that when making plans, but the one we went to had a beautiful beach-front view and some very good fish and other options. More than one member of the group talked about a return trip.

Awesome Location and House
This was our first time crossing over by boat and we brought over some friends that had never visited. We couldnt have asked for a better setup. We all thought the property was better than the pictures showed and just loved the location. The dock is protected just inside the canal entrance from the wind and waves and accomadated my 39' Regulator with no problem. At the same time you have a great view of the bay and feel like the house is right on open water. The house had everyting we needed for the couple of dinners we cooked at the house with plenty of room and seating for 6 adults. I can't think of anything else we would have asked for or needed. The host was quick to answer any questions I had. We even met a few neighbors just down the canal that stopped and chatted with us. Very friendly area.

Amazing time in Treasure Cay
We absolutely loved our short stay in Treasure Cay. Missy was incredibly responsive and helpful ahead of time as we made transportation and meal plans. Fritz at Cornish car rental went above and beyond and Jaya (Yorline) made us a beautiful Bahamian meal as we enjoyed the beach and kayaks in our backyard. The home was clean and exactly as shown on photos. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful time away. Thank you Missy and Richard.

Amazing Place
The house was very roomy and comfortable, good size kitchen , comfortable beds, and the location is awesome. The water right out the back and dock for boats was perfect. Not far from the little town to grab a bite or go to the beach club. We would definitely stay again, the home owners very super responsive and very helpful. The locals are very friendly and accommodating as well. Could t have asked for a better experience.

Totally enjoyed our stay!
We had 5 guys on a fishing trip and arrived by boat. The channel and dock are easily navigated with good electronics. We really appreciated the fish cleaning table and freshwater hose for cleaning and flushing motors. The home is very comfortable and clean and offers pleanty of seating both inside and out. Don’t hesitate to book this property. We already look forward to returning.

AMAZING
Five college girlfriends celebrated our 50th birthdays at this home and it was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. The view was spectacular! Let’s meet up in Treasure Cay!
We had our four adult children (ages 20-26, a couple fiancés and one girlfriend) meet us in Abaco for a total of nine people in the house. IT WAS FANTASTIC FROM START TO FINISH!! Everyone could eat together at the giant dining table and the kitchen was big enough for several people to prepare dinner together. We spent most of our time (when not on the boat) in the outdoor area which had both shade and sun and plenty of seating for everyone. It is located right around the bend from Treasure Cay Marina where we were able to dock our boat that we rented from Blue Wave in Marsh Barbour. This made it super easy to get every morning! This house also had plenty of bath and beach towels which you need with a big family. This was our first visit to the area and we will definitely be returning. The Crosby’s have a beautiful home in paradise and I would recommend it to anyone!

Girls trip made better!
My friends and I stayed here for my 30th birthday this past weekend. The house photos do not give it justice. The house is perfect for large groups with comfortable beds, couches, lots of towels, and a large dining table for us all to eat at. The view is great and close to the harbor entrance, which was convenient as we had a charter pick us up right at the dock one day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful Home!!
The pictures do not do this home justice. The Crosby’s were so accommodating and responsive. This was our first international trip with the kids and I am so glad we picked the Crosby’s home. Some words of advice: the entire island is still coming back from hurricane Dorian and is basically a cash only island. Either bring cash, or rent a car at the airport as the closest atm from treasure cay is in marsh harbor a half hour and a really expensive taxi ride away from the house. We ended up doing a boat tour with Captain Mark (actually we ended up with Captain Alton and we are so happy we did) which we should have booked for the first full day of the trip. Highly recommend. I really appreciate the Crosby’s, and Jackie and Manuletha for talking us through all of the questions we had. We had a great time and are looking forward to visiting Abaco in the future.

Beautiful property made for a magical vacation
What I am looking for when I book a vacation rental is that the property is more than just a place to spend the night, for that, I just book a hotel. Some properties become part of the overall experience. When this is the case, memories of the trip always INCLUDE aspects of the house we stayed at. THIS HOUSE is one of those which become part of the whole experience. From the location, the design, the decoration to the practicality and the multiple things to do just by staying at the house alone is amazing. And all this is just before you explore the area which HAS to include renting a boat. Another chapter can be written about that but I'd definitely recommend this house to stay in Treasure Cay. There's a reason why it has 5/5 stars. Thank you Richard & Melissa!

Our family of 8 were able to enjoy this little slice of heaven for 6 days. You can kayak to the little private island across the way and enjoy some peaceful beach time. You will need to rent a car if you plan to venture outside of town. But, if you don’t, Mr. Jackie can get you anywhere you need to go. And make sure you rent a golf cart to get around town. It makes it so much easier and more convenient. We also rented a boat for the day and fed sharks, turtles and the kids swam with stingrays. We also went to see the pigs but the pigs were not all the hype. Mr, Jackie also recommended a sweet lady, Ms. Brenda, who came to cook for us 2 nights. The absolute BEST food you will eat while there! Do yourself a favor and try her at least once. My husband is not a big vacationer but he loved this place so much, he says we’re going back next year. (Fingers crossed) The Crosby’s could not have been more hospitable and were so sweet to work with. If you choose this rental, you will not be disappointed with anything! Oh, and we all loved the beds! The most comfortable mattresses to sleep on. Thank you to the Crosby’s, Mr. Jackie and Ms. Brenda for making our vacation so memorable!

Awesome time in Treasure!!
This was our 3rd trip to Treasure Cay, 2nd time staying at the Crosby’s. We love this house, and owners are great to work with. House has everything you need. The kids love the loft, such a cool thing to have in the house. House has beach chairs, beach towels…..we brought fishing poles and fished off the dock, we saw turtles every day; we all had so much fun. Beach is a short drive from the house, honestly the beach will leave you speechless. Kids found sand dollars every day. We’ll be back!
