Beautiful Villa

The swimming pool was fantastic to have in the hot summer days and with the umbrellas up gave us adequate shade from the sun. The kitchen was well stocked with all things that we would need. The bathrooms were well appointed and lovely. It was such a plus to have the air conditioning on at night as it never really got cool.
The area was beautiful with many restaurants, gelato places and bars. We had lovely walks along the water front before and after eating.
The two nearby villages were lovely too, our favourite was Angulillara where we stayed on the beach and swam in the lake. The restaurants and bars there were also nice. We also drove to the beach which was about an hour away.
If we ever returned we would definitely book into this villa again it was that lovely.
Negatives - It would have been nice to have an umbrella and blanket that we could have taken to the lake or the beach but that did not ruin anything.
Also it would have been good if the pool had been cleaned and topped up after we had been there a week as the level went down a lot obviously with the sun and there were a lot of leaves and bugs in it towards the end of the 10 days.
Overall - We would definitely give this villa 10/10 and would definitely return and recommend to anyone that is to visit the area. It is in a perfect location for everything.

Lange Wege und private Strände
Publié le 30 août 2023 sur HomeAwayDer Weg zum nächsten Strand war sehr lang und dauert ca. 1 Std. Autofahrt! Dazu kommt, dass sehr viele (fast) alle Strände privat und somit nicht zu nutzen waren. Alles in allem war‘s ok, aber ich denke dort fahren wir nicht mehr hin. Positiv, die Kommunikation über Tess lief sehr gut, schnell und war hilfreich.

Fantastic Stay with Excellent Amenities

The house itself was spacious, comfortable, and exquisitely designed. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the incredible pool area. It provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the area.
What truly stood out to me was the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. The attention to detail in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness did not go unnoticed and added greatly to the overall comfort of our stay.
The grill area was an absolute delight and played a central role in creating memorable evenings. We enjoyed many delicious meals while soaking in the tranquil surroundings.
I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tess, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns were truly commendable. Her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and taken care of, enhancing our overall experience.
In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway. The combination of a stunning house, exceptional amenities, and top-notch hospitality made for an unforgettable stay.

Amazing stay

It had absolutely everything we needed and check in process with Tess was smooth. We wish we could stay longer than 2 weeks and hope to return again soon.

A perfect stay
Publié le 12 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe, a family of five, rented the villa for a week and enjoyed the premises and the location close to Trevignano, an idyllic and genuine Italian town by lake Bracciano. The swimming pool was a delight and an excellent way of enjoying the summer. Airconditioning indoors made sure that we were well rested after the nights. The caretaker, Tess, was easy-going and explained all we needed to know, and expediently reached out to us when we were unsure about anything. In addition, we were so fortunate to meet the owner Arianna, a very pleasant lady. If you plan to rent the house a rental car is recommended as the location is on a relatively steep hill, and it makes getting around to visit the neighbouring cities easier. Our stay was all we expected and more. If you wish for a quiet holiday in the Italian countryside, with close access to quite many excellent dining possibilities, this is it :-) The house and the follow up get a full score from all of us.

Fantastisk svømmebaseng
Publié le 11 août 2022 sur HomeAwayVi koste oss veldig i Trevignano. Svømmebassenget gjør denne boligen til en super plass. Verten er veldig behjelpelig om vi har spørsmål. Ga litt minus på renhold pga ikke rent på gulv i spaet - vert tilbydde oss ny vask med en gang da jeg ga tilbakemelding på det. Lyd fra utekino var ikke noe problem for oss, hører det når vi er stille - men ikke plagsomt. Kommer gjerne igjen!

Fabulous stay in Trevignano Romano
Publié le 9 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe spent wonderful 9 days in the villa with our family (4 adults and 2 children) on June/July 2022. This 3-bedrooms villa is especially suits for families. A car is necessary.
The house and garden are completely private. The brand new pool was a good size and an excellent cooler in the hot summer. The pool area is equipped with everything you need: chairs, tables, parasols.
Remarkable are the beautiful views of Lake Bracciano and the surrounding area. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful towns around the lake: Trevignano Romano, Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia, Sutria. Traveling to Rome is also convenient by train from Bracciano or Anguillera station.
Our host Tess was very nice, helpful and trustworthy. Thank you!
