This apartment is part of a converted home divided into 3 living spaces but each of them has separate entrances, so things feel very private. This unit is on the second floor. You'll follow the stairs that lead up to the balcony and the entrance is there!

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is safe and eclectic. It's also less than a mile from State Street, which is the downtown strip of Bristol. This street straddles the line of TN & VA.

Getting Around:
The easiest way to get around is by car, but you could certainly walk downtown! It's less than a mile, or about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace.
