The staff was absolutely incredible and made us feel very welcomed. Everything was clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located. Seriously the staff is great!

Mark, who checked us in, was very kind. We asked for a handicap accessible room. My husband has MS and struggles to walk. I asked for a walk-in shower and was told by the manager our room had one. It did not! The facilities were cleanOur room was not locked when we entered it. Outside of the entry door we used was a group of men drinking. That was very concerning to us. We’re older. Probably would not stay here again for that reason. We were told these men have been here for two or three years!

Hot tub was NOT hot at all. And chlorine smelled so strong it was burning everyone’s eyes!! And bleached our bathing suits. The whole reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub. We come to this area a lot, next time we will pick a different hotel.
