Alphonse is a thoughful owner and asked me on more than one occasion if everything was okay and if there might be anything I might need. Highly recommend this property for any stay near Washington, DC.

Mr. Funkhouser was an exceptional guest from start to finish. We particularly appreciated his efforts to communicate with us in a timely manner and to leave the house so clean and organized, it was very impressive; we will be happy to welcome him back at any time and we recommend any owner to host him.

Thank you for giving us the chance to host you at our property. You are a guest that anyone would be happy to welcome. After your 3-month stay, we found the apartment very clean and organized, you didn't leave any trash or dirty items in the house. Your waste was always neatly bagged and placed in the indicated location so that we can dispose of it. I could go on and on discussing why anyone would be happy to host you at their property, whether for a short or long stay. We certainly look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back in the future, should you choose to spend time in the Quantico areas.

Perfect for small group
Publié le 5 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was nice, remodeled and clean. It’s a side entrance, finished basement but plenty of privacy. Owners communicated well and nice simple little place to stop on a trip.
