I was asked to pay for the parking and for the dog. Those chargers are not clearly stated on the hotel's description. The staff was simply rude. The location is inconvenient. A place to avoid!

The staff was nice and friendly, the hotel was really expensive for the amenities offered.
The neighborhood was good but far away from the main points of interest.

Entire staff was professional & outstanding Addressing all of my needs. The two young women who presented at breakfast were excellent in every way!!! Thanks for enhancing my visit to Trieste!!! David

Quiet Corner. Close to the castle and the Cathedral of Giusto. 8 minutes taxi ride to the pier to take our cruise.

Trieste Business Trip
Posted Apr. 25, 2024 on HotelsThe staff were incredible friendly, welcoming and efficient. They helped with dinner reservations and taxi's and nothing was too much trouble.
The rooms have been refurbished which is great and the beds are firm. Some of our team had tiny showers however, but were powerful and hot!
