Relaxing stay
Publié le 31 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed the views and fishing off the dock. The house is set up well. The sliding glass doors and windows give it a very open feel and allow great views from the house. The yard is also well kept and peaceful.

Canton Flea Market Weekend
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such a great time. The drive into Canton was a little longer than I expected but so worth every minute. I greeted the day with a cup of coffee with the egrets by the lake and ended the day the same way…without the coffee. It was so fun and relaxing to watch the fish jump out of the water each morning (I assume feeding) and watching the birds play on the wind currents In the evening.

Very relaxing

The property is advertised as being fenced for pets, but the fence between the 2 houses was leaning against the house. Thank goodness we brought a rope for our pet.

Great Spot on the Lake

Great family vacation at the lake
Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. We spent lots of time outdoors. We love the covered patio, the shady yard, the fire pit, the dock, and swimming in the lake. The firewood provided is not split and not dry enough to burn well, so you might want to get your own. The king bed in the master was comfy. The bunk beds are very squeaky because they don't have appropriate bracing. We caught lots of small channel cats off the dock. We had fun renting a pontoon boat for half a day, renting a jet ski for a few hours, and going to the local fun park. The kitchen is well stocked, so we ate in for all our meals. The host was great. We would definitely recommend this place for families wanting time to unplug and connect with each other and enjoy the lake.

Cedar Creek 2024
Publié le 19 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, a great stay. Kitchen was stocked well and there were plenty of bath towels for everyone. Would have liked more hand towels and wash cloths, but it was fine. The location on the lake was great. The back yard and patio areas were very nice.

House
Publié le 10 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayBeautiful house but has stains on carpet. Bunk beds squeaks if people are on top beds. Kayaks have spiders, washed them but spiders kept coming out of cracks. Recommend getting insurance to cover any damages.

Beautiful view
Publié le 4 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was the perfect stay for a long weekend. Bedding, towels and floors were very clean. Laura provided a couch cover so our dogs could also enjoy vacation. The neighborhood feels tucked away in the country with proximity to the neighbors still close. Restaurants aren't up the road so we meal prepped, bringing all of our own supplies. Lake toys and floating devices were included but bring your own beach towels. We made awesome memories here.

Fun Family Spot
Publié le 28 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had such a great stay at Laura's place. The little cove they are in is perfect for the kids to fish, kayak, and play. The house with the big windows to wake up to the view of the lake and have coffee is beautiful. Will definitely go back!
