Luffenholtz Surfside
Publié le 14 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayI guess we're still connected to the Windrose but we actually stayed at Lufenholtz Surfside and the view was amazing. The cabin was clean and comfortable for but I think might be a little cramped with more than two people though the separate bed and half bath might work well for some groups. The deck was wonderful to hang out on and the hot tub another bonus

Postcard perfect location

Perfectly central to the main Redwood Forest National Park and attractions which are an hour or so drive north and south of the property. There are stunning beaches right at the end of the road too which was an added bonus.
There are large redwoods around the property and outside the kitchen window too which was another nice surprise.

Beautiful and peaceful location

Magnificent setting. The property is cozy and well-taken care of. The walk to the beach provided exercise. Restaurants and grocery a short drive away. Loved it.

Nice and Quiet

Quiet Weekend Getaway
Publié le 2 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time staying at the Windrose. It is in a very quiet area, perfect for decompressing for the weekend. The fireplace is an awesome addition to this cottage. Would love to come back and do more hiking in the area.
