For shared use: well-kept garden 700 m2, swimming pool kidney-shaped (45 m2, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace. In the house: roof terrace. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 20 km, ferry "Olbia" 85 km, sandy beach 2.5 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.
