Evening staff on arrival helpful after first room smelled of marijuana, second room ok but again marijuana vial in trash liner and trash was under the trash liner , evening staff member could have been friendlier , manager smiled and was pleasant and helpful

Clean and easy

Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable beds, lots of TV channel selections. Breakfast was good, would probably recommend they have biscuits as well. But all in all was a great stay

Ok nothing special

It was good for the price. The bed was comfortable but the carpet in the whole building is old and needs replaced. The breakfast was good. We were upgraded to a jet tub room but the jets were dirty and the shower did not drain well. Overall it was okay but nothing special

We thank you for your feedback. We are undergoing renovations currently to provide a better place for our guests when they stay with us. Carpet is part of that and we have also cleaned the jets in all our jet tubs recently. We do apologize for the issues you had during your stay.

Nice property with great staff, but it is showing some wear that needs some attention. Little things like the carpet getting into the elevator is torn at the door edge (trip hazard), the carpet in the hallways is really showing wear and dirt, and the only ice machine working was on the third floor. The room was very clean, and the A/C was the coldest I have ever experienced. Staff all VERY nice and helpful. Would stay here again, and would recommend it to other travelers..

Staff was nice and breakfast got better after the first day. Room was clean. Elevator was broken the day I got there and was fixed the next day. I had to carry everything up to the third floor. Stayed 1 week so I had more then just a little bag.
