It as not my best trip, the humidity was so high in the room, even the carpet and bed linen were wet. And it smell hawful in the room. I asked to change room, but nothing available. During the evening, water came from ceiling, so now it was enough, i asked for another place. They found and paid another hotel, was okay then.
May be if i had another room, it has been a better experience.

I am so sorry for the horrible experience you had while staying with us. Our construction has left us with issues that we hadn't planned on. I am happy to know that we were able to accommodate you at another hotel.
I do hope that if you have the opportunity after our renovation is completed to stay with us you will give us another opportunity to prove to you that we are a better hotel that what you experienced.

We didn’t stay. Both rooms they gave us were disgustingly dirty and we weren’t going to try a third. Need a refund.
