Lovely facility. Very clean . Door was stuck and hard to open and close. Room was accidentally left open by staff.
Shampoo was empty.
Front desk staff was friendly.

Horrible Door
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HotelsWe were in Room 305 in Troy Ohio. The door was wapperjawwed and rubbed really bad, which caused a lot of noise! Hated it, but didn’t tell anyone at the time because we didn’t want to be bothered by someone trying to repair it while we were in there.

Head manager needs some chill pills, you don’t threaten a customer with kicking you out and calling the police because I questioned an undisclosed fee! See needs help and should be removed. Other than her, it was a very nice hotel and the remaining staff was extremely nice.
I would recommend this hotel.. just don’t question the price and fees! :-)
