Needs an exterminator
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLinda met us and was thorough in explaining where everything is in this very well stocked house. Home was clean and tidy. There were ants in the kitchen, though, and other bugs in the bedrooms that we had to constantly deal with. Home owner was aware of the ants and had ant traps sitting out, but would probably benefit from a professional exterminator.
The house doesn't have central air so each of the three upstairs bedrooms has a window unit.
The house really only has three bedrooms despite the listing. The other sleeping area is a pull-out bed or a bunk bed in an unfinished basement.

Lovely stay
Publié le 9 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLinda was such an amazing host. She was so kind and responsive to my many inquiries. Her home was well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We always do a lot of cooking and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and the basement game room was wonderful for the kids. If I’m ever back in the area, I would absolutely stay at the Troy House again!

The grounds were well kept. The house was remodeled and very clean. Lots of room. Equipped with everything you would need. Quiet. Owners were awesome to deal with and easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend people to stay there.
