Hotel admin forced us to pay additional fee stating that the price on the Expedia was wrong. Part of the pool was closed. The other part is offered for additional fee. The room bathroom was overflowed with water from the shower. There is not air-conditioner in the room.

unfortunately, I also had to learn it from them that you get a discount as an expedia loyal customer, but you are not our regular customer to get this discount. Why didn't you cancel the reservation and prefer to stay until the end? If you had used the shower cabin/bathing area/bathroom it would not have filled with water. We are a mountain hotel and do not need air conditioning. It's super weird that you mention it when the whole world is talking about a fuel crisis and limiting fuel consumption
