Very spacious and comfortable rooms with really nice bathrooms (especially the shower). Staff was very friendly and helpful, and we loved the little bar. A great location for exploring Troyes. It was easy to park on the street in front of the hotel to check in, then we were given a helpful map to the hotel’s private parking garage (not far, but would be confusing to find without the map).

La Poste is wonderfully situated. It’s easy to miss as you approach. All the team we met were friendly and efficient. Our room was very nice. The hotel is well situated for exploring the main sites in Troyes. I expect we will be back.

Great hotel in cental old town Troyes

Great hotel in a great location. Very very welcoming and helpful staff. Bed was so comfy and good size bathroom with lots of space to put ladies pots and potions. Nice bar. Parking is a short walk away but convenient and good size indoor secure spaces. We will definitely stay again if we come back to Troyes.

The hotel is lovely and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We travelled with a pet and they left water and treats in the room for him. They had dedicated delicate toiletries for my child. The room was extremely comfortable with little thoughtful touches that made the experience that much better. Staff is kind and professional. The hotel sits right across a very charming bakery and it’s a stone’s throw from the main square. Just perfectly located for those that want to enjoy restaurants and cafés and still remain comfortably close to their hotel. A delightful stay in the family room for us.

Absolutely amazing stay with the Best Western. Fantastic location, wonderful welcoming staff. The room was excellent and comfortable, and very quiet. Will absolutely be back.
