House was clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Beautiful house

This was perfect for us, had everything we needed, clean and very spacious for all of us to stay comfortably.

Almost Perfect
Publié le 21 janv. 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was a beautiful almost new townhouse. The home is exactly as pictured if not even nicer. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and sheets were soft. Heating worked great and the 2 gas fireplaces were warm too. Toiletries provided. There was a Nespresso machine and coffee pot but we didn’t bring any pods.
A few minor issues in the master bath: Blinds wouldn’t go all the way down so we put a towel across so cover. There was a used bar of soap and shampoo in the shower otherwise the rest of the house was very clean. The shower drain was clogged. We found some drano and used it but unfortunately didn’t help.
We arrived at night so it was a bit hard to find. The address in the house is different for some reason. We tried the garage code and it worked. Later we found a little sticker by the front door with the address. If you’re a light sleeper like me there is some street noise in the morning occasional train horn. Earplugs helped.
Besides those minor issues it was a wonderful stay. Only 4 min drive to downtown and 15 to Boreal and Northstar. We would stay here again.

We will take a look at the blinds and clogged drain and have them both repaired. We'll also speak to housekeeping about leaving used supplies in the shower. A True Truckee Treat!
