Luxury NEW Lakeview Vacation Home - Theater, Sauna, Game Room+

This stunning lake house is brand new, completed in 2022 with new furniture and every amenity. A few minutes walk to Donner Lake, the home is nestled among the pines with Tahoe wilderness in the back and lake views in the front.

Surrounded by decks, it is the perfect place for BBQs, parties, family reunions, corporate getaways, and social gatherings.

Highlights include a large game room / arcade with Shuffleboard, Ski ball, ping pong, TV, and Arcade games that both kids and adults will love. It also boasts a full theater with 22 reclining luxury seats, a 150 inch screen, and surround sound. The home has a full kitchen and kitchenette.

Although it is large, the home still feels cozy. There are several 'gathering areas' that allow groups to spread out with some degree of privacy. Adults can congregate in the living room on the main floor or the sitting room with a fireplace and a comfortable couch and chairs to carry on peaceful conversation while kids are bouncing off the walls in the play room downstairs. Meanwhile others can be taking a nap in one of the many bedrooms.

The Lakehouse is charming, contemporary, and conveniently off the beaten path, yet close enough to access everything within minutes.

Summer Family Retreat
Our family enjoyed the area, the house, the weather. Our toddlers didn’t want to leave. The rooms were perfect for our 8 adults and 2 toddlers. The beds are very comfy. The game room and movie theater were used a lot. Loved lake activities and a river rafting trip. Fun!

Dream Home Fabulous Stay
Our group was made up of three generations from ages 5 to 79. Everyone LOVED this house. Great location, mesmerizing views, home design worthy of Architectural Digest, with interior furnishings to match. Top notch quality in everything. The game room and movie theater kept the 5 through 13 year-olds busy non-stop. The kitchen “island” is U-shaped and easily accommodated us all. Plus an outdoor dining table that seats 12. The master/primary bedroom suite is beyond compare. Nobody wanted to leave EVER. And of course the Donner Lake location is the best. Thank you from all of us for making such fabulous home available!

James is a great host with a lovely property! The best part of the house was the built in movie theater, super cool. The driveway can be difficult to navigate in the winter with snow, but James is happy to help you out with getting the snow cleared. I highly recommend staying at this property!

Amazing Property
This lakeside property is truly amazing. The pictures absolutely did not do justice to this home. We were a party of 14 and everyone had plenty of room during the trip. The sleeping accommodations were great. The master bedroom is breathtaking! I think the best part was waking up each morning to a panoramic view of the lake, snow covered trees, and the mountains. The theatre room is incredible and is a great way to watch your favorite tv show or movie. James was very responsive throughout our trip and ensured that we were completely satisfied during our stay. Depending on the snow levels I would suggest having chains readily available. Also when parking your vehicle in the garage I would come up the driveway in reverse. If you get heavy snow, trying to reverse down the driveway can be a major task. We learned that lesson the hard way. Other than that I cannot use enough superlatives to describe what a wonderful traveling experience this was. James has ensured that guest at this house are completely satisfied with the experience. We will definitely be making a return visit in the future.

Best Cabin Around!!!
We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! It’s beautiful and clean! Very well decorated and just felt so cozy and comfortable! We had a big group of all ages and it was wonderful for everyone! Would definitely book again!

Amazing Home
The house speaks for itself, absolutely beautiful yet very welcoming. While there is a game room, theater and sauna in the home it was the kitchen area which is connected to a living room is where we spent all of time. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal and the tall windows that allow you to take in the scenery of the mountains and water just make you breath easier. Owner, James , is fantastic and super helpful with any and all questions. We did a pastors retreat in this home and will definitely seek it out again in the future. Expensive but worth it!
