Do not recommend!!!
Publié le 5 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayEverything was broken in this unit. We were here on 4th of July weekend. This unit has no air conditioning, so expect to die in the heat. Also, the refrigerator is broken, so don’t buy food unless you want it to rot! Lastly, very poor communication with property management. 10/10 do not recommend

Cute quiet place
Publié le 8 août 2022 sur HomeAwayIt’s was a cute and quiet place. We mainly used it as a place to sleep as we were out and about during our stay. Cons: We could’ve used more info about the rec center and the Village at Northstar. And knowing before hand that there was no AC would’ve been helpful too.

Efficient place in Northstar
Publié le 20 août 2020 sur HomeAwayStudio in Northstar was very efficient with a nice room flow and great kitchen. Also had a small balcony with a. functional grill. TV was functional but had a very year old Roku attached to it that was very slow. New ones are very cheap, owner should consider upgrading. The unit needs a deep clean, the space under the bed and futon was very very dusty and dirty. Sink faucet was broken and every time we went to use it with medium flow it would spray us. This was communicated by phone when we got there. When we arrived there were 5 cleaning ladies in our unit as they couldn’t decide if they finished cleaning the bathroom—not what you want during a pandemic. Both having been exposed to 5 people and wondering if your bathroom was clean. Lastly there seemed to be a pricing error as the room per night was $40 cheaper for the rest of the summer. I sent two emails to Vacasa regarding this and no response, probably the most disappointing of all. Actually in my 20 years of renting from VRBO, I’ve never not received communication from the owner. I wouldn’t rent this unit again from a Vacassa property.

Hi, Franco! Roku was purchased earlier this year and appears to be working well at this time; the internet is not the best in this area and might make service difficult on occasion. The minor leak on the sink has been repaired. Thank you!

Construction site
Publié le 25 août 2019 sur HomeAwayTo my dismay, the building was being painted and they still rented it to me. The ladders/plastic tarps and paint smell were horrible. To add to it, I was unable to get into my rental for the entire afternoon and missed a day of biking because the crew was painting the entry and it took all afternoon. I called and the agency said they would get in touch with the property manager, and I never heard back.
