Nice hotel in a residential safe distric

Nice small hotel, close to historic center but...

Pour : The location of the hotel, personnel on charge and cleaningness of the rooms.
Contre : They should not to ask guests to change rooms after the first night, whatever the reason.
Emplacement : The hotel is located, by walk, about ten minutes away from historic center.The place is secure and there's a lot of good restaurants and cafes around.
Based on its good ratings, I reserved a double room on this hotel. I'd say it's a above regular place, but after a couple of nights I ended leaving it with mixed feelings on my experience. I didn't like that my reservation from the Expedia app (and confirmed, according to them) was not registered in the reservation book of the hotel. According to the front desk boy, it was due to technical issues between this site and the hotel, nevertheless he could help me to solve the setback afterwards by taking my reservation himself personally. On the good side, the breakfast buffet was very good, sort of a continental one with scrambled eggs included.
