A cute B&B with excellent staff! The house is historic, well maintained and our stay was very relaxing!

The Wife and I were visiting local waterfalls and this BnB was centrally located and was an excellent base-camp for our adventures. If you’re used to BnB’s, this one ranks highly!

I really enjoyed my stay in the Inn. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated however it didn't have a closet. The closet and ironing board were the only things I needed in the room. Other than that I have no complaints about my stay. I highly recommend this place. The stuff were super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast super delicious and every morning was something different. The stuff accommodated your food preferences. Michelle who works there was very sweet and helpful.

That's Great. The iron can be requested. if you would like a closet, Merlot, Seneca and Cayuga suites have closets. An Iron can be requested as needed. Hope to see you soon.

We like hearing this. The staff spends lots of time preparing for every stay. When our guests are happy, it makes it all worth it.

We loved our 5 night stay at the Gothic Eves! The warm welcoming atmosphere and lovely hosts, Michelle and Melissa enhanced our stay! The inn was decorated with lovely accommodations keeping with the lakes theme of the area! The room had a rainfall shower, with a rock pathway leading to the shower and waves tile! The room had lovely decorated bedding and drapes with a nice light over the slate wall over the bed which added a nice atmosphere! Other special touches, fresh cut flowers in the room and around the inn, complimentary water bottles and seltzer, wine bucket in the room, candies by the bed and beautiful lighting and mirrors! Lots of thought put into the decor!
We would highly recommend staying at the Gothic Eves if in the Finger Lakes!
