Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast! Although rooms situated above a pub we did not hear any noise!

Check in service was very flexible and the phone staff and Paul were extremely helpful and made our late arrival stress free.. The room was comfortable and clean but a bit dated & unfortunately the toilet seat was very stained and gave an initial impression that the toilet was dirty so would suggest replacing as soon as they can.. Breakfast options as suggestion for Children/teenagers could offer Pancakes .. Area is very quiet at night where the rooms are and plenty of amenities locally

Unfortunately, the expectations were not so surprising in the room and the breakfast did not seem so fresh either.
The staff was very kind and helpful in everything and I can say that the staff deserves 5 stars.

Staff where very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Superb english fry.
Room big, airy and spotlessly clean. Very quiet even though incorporated into a pub. Would definately recommend.
