The Personnel did not speak English well. When we went to check in they claimed they did not have our reservation. It took us over an hour to find the hotel because the name has been changed.

Pros: Hotel dated a lot, since my last stay 4-5 years ago. Rooms needs updating: walls needs painting, moldy showers and exposed wiring in the bathrooms.
Cons: Towels soap & shampoo was not provided daily. I had to wait for 2.5 hours to receive towels upon request.
Location: Good, central location. Close to Mineral Water Buvet and restaurants
Nice and welcoming stuff, Impressive lobby and swimming pool facility. Sauna and Massages were great!

A place without service

I was on vacation for my birthday and staying at the hotel simply ruined my vacation. In the condition of minus 15 degrees outside there was no hot water for the shower. None of the staff speak English.

Pros: Die Matratze vom Bett war bequem. Das Personal an der Rezeption war recht freundlich. Die Lobby ist das schönste im ganzen Hotel
Cons: Das Essen war schlecht, die Zimmer und der Balkon dreckig, es war ein Sanatorium und nicht wie beworben ein Hotel. Außerdem entspricht die Executive Suite nicht im geringsten einer Suite. Es handelt sich um ein normales, altes und abgewohntes Doppelzimmer. Das Personal im Restaurantbereich war unverschämt und scheint sich nicht für die Menschen dort zu interessieren. Es wird auch kaum etwas nachgelegt. Vieles ist dauerhaft leer
Location: In der Nähe von der Mineralwasserquelle in Truskawetz, viele Wandermöglichkeiten und eine schöne Natur.
