Quiet & Cozy
Posted Jul. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayMichele's place has a lot of character and is very cozy. This was our first time visiting Elephant Butte Lake. We were surprised with how quiet it is there. Our 3 year old had a blast collecting rocks & shells by the lake. Michele was a great host. She was very kind, and promptly answered all of our questions.

Family Lake Getaway
Posted Jun. 24, 2023 on HomeAwayProperty was a little difficult to find with GPS but thanks to Michele's directions we found it fairly easy. Great view of the lake with direct walking access to the lake. Check in process was easy and contactless. House is older but fairly recently remodeled. Easily fit our family of 5 with our pets. Loved being so close to the lake, and again the views spectacular. Biggest issue we had was ants in the kitchen, but that was addressed by Michele quickly. Driveway is steep and unpaved but could get in and out with our minivan with little issue. Overall a good place to stay at a great location. Michele was a great host and would definitely come back again.
