wher3e to start, this property when you arrive the lobby is like post WWII error, i requested accessibility in the online booking only to be told it's not available due to over booking the 1st floor to others even though the reservations we placed 1 month in advance. I asked the clerk if i could be put into a room on the first floor and was denied. once in the 2nd floor the bed mattress was ripped up in multiple places and the smoke detector was wrapped in a plastic bag and a bandana wrapped around it. no hot water in the room, during my sleep i heard a buzzing under the bed like someone's cell phone was under the bed, i felt like i was in a murder motel or Baits motel. i was to afraid to look under the bed to see what the buzzing was from , not sure if i would have found a corps under the bed or a person bunking under me for the night. i would not stay at this location ever again, the front of the lobby has a broken iPad that's bowed and cracked where they have you sign in at check-in, they really need to update this place it's like a horror movie set. i would not invite my friends to stay here.

We showed up and first realized that we did not have clean linens. They were from previous guests and were just remade onto the bed without being replaced. Also, I had a bug in my bed and on the floor beside the bed. Lastly, the bathroom was not clean. The tub was filthy and there was opened/used soap from previous guests on the side of the bathtub. The staff was super nice, which is why we stayed, but if they weren’t we would’ve definitely gone somewhere else.

Thay have to clean better and the smell of smoking was horrible
