Un havre de paix en Bulgarie
Publié le 20 juin 2019 sur HotelsComplex très bien tenu. Beaucoup de verdure. Très calme. Studio aménagé avec kitchenette. Personnel serviable et sympathique. Le seul bémol, le restaurant Pétrus. A éviter: prix disproportionnés en Bulgarie, service désastreux, menu polycopié pratiquement illisible sans traduction. Le restaurant se présente "steak et fruits de mer": pas de steak d'aucune sorte mais des boulettes de viande, pas de crustacés malgré leur présence sur le menu, poissons pratiquement inexistants sauf de la friture. Carte des vins absente, négociation difficile pour connaître les vins proposés avec des prix à la tête du client. Restaurant à fuir.

Хотелът е прекрасен - голяма и добре обзаведена стая, огромна тераса с чудна гледка към морето! Територията на комплекса също е добре поддържана. Има достатъчно шезлонги и място на плажа. Единствената ми забележка е, че няма хавлии за басейна или плажа

Beautiful resort with very well maintained gardens, pools and beach. However the service in the restaurants and bars, were terrible. Unprofessional stuff with skills far below the expectations for this type of resort. Beach is beautiful, sand is rougher than other Burgas beaches. It’s about 1 km away from Losenetz but you have to walk on the street as there is no sidewalks and limited lighting at night. A shuttle is available for 1 lev but on hourly schedule and closes at 9. Not practical if you want to dine outside the resort.

Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear you've had a bad time in our restaurants and bars and we will try to improve in order to maintain the high standards of our resort. Regarding the bad infrastructure to Lozenetz please note that we have asked the local Municipality to take the necessary actions and we have even offered to pay for it, but we weren't allowed and still nothing has been done. Anyway, we would be very happy to see you again next summer!

The objective review
Publié le 7 juill. 2018 sur HotelsWe left with mixed feelings about the place. When we arrived the hotel was not expecting us. They said they did not work with Hotels.com. I had to ring Hotels.com to sort it. It appeared that our reservation was sent to the hotel by Expedia under a different reference number but the hotel did not know that Expedia and Hotels.com were part of the same group. Hotels.com should educate their partners to avoid such confusion from happening again. Stress caused until this was resolved. The person from Hotels.com I called regarding this issue provided very good service. Other than this Oasis was a beautiful complex with lovely surroundings. Very friendly restaurant staff for breakfast. Excellent service by the SPA staff and great treatments.
However our experience was spoilt by the fact that we could never get sun beds by the pool. Too few sunbeds for the number of people in the complex. Always reserved from early morning although the hotel states that sunbeds cannot be reserved prior to 8 am. The hotel is not enforcing this rule. No sunbeds at 8 am nor earlier. All taken an hardly any people around the pool. The hotel states they would collect the towels before 8 am but don't do it and all beds taken well before 8 am. Nightmare. Unfriendly bartenders at pool bar. We were spending a lot of money at the bar and they were still rude. The waitresses were friendly however. The beach was not cleaned very well and there were plastics on the sand.
