Publié le 1 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was conveniently located to see my relatives in Belvedere Garden, but otherwise it is quite far away from tourist hot spots. It definitely delivers value for money and in comparison to the 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed in before, it offered the Netflix App on TV. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are dated and the view on the bay are interrupted by countless boats that can also be noisy at night.

The room size is large and clean. The hotel is good in terms of hardware. The restaurant is also good (I tried both the dinner and breakfast). However, the performance of staff members at the check-in counter is relatively low. I booked two rooms and emailed the hotel in advance to ensure the two rooms are on the same floor. However, we have to wait for over 2 hours before we can get the rooms. During the waiting, we have to check with the staff many times. If we don't push them, we certainly have to wait longer. What a waste of time?
