Beautiful hotel in a peaceful location. The staff were all so kind and helpful, the amenities were plentiful and the options for food / activities were great. We found a lovely farm to table restaurant (Land Eco Farm) about a 10 min drive from the hotel which I would recommend for a sunset seafood dinner!

Aucun statut vip access alors que c’est bien mentionné aucun effort de la part de l’hôtel,
isolé loin de tout mer et plage très sale restaurant vraiment pas bon et très cher bref je ne recommande pas

Shangri la Rasa Ria lives up to its reputation - a 5 star hotel with excellent, warm staff! The beach is lovely and the facilities are top. We had to use the clinic during our stay, and everything was very efficient and comforting. Kudos to the entire staff who make up the heart of this hotel with their friendliness and attentiveness.

새벽1시에 도착해 배정받은 방은 바깥 기둥만 보였음. 프런트에 전화했더니 슈피리어룸은 정글뷰라고. 다음날 업그레이드 해주긴 했지만 청소서비스도 한번도 없었음. 어메니티는 특급호텔에 어울리지 않고, 시설 너무 낡아 휴대폰 충전도크 하나 없음. 직원들은 대체적으로 퉁명스러웠고 웃는 낯이 아녔음. 가장 큰 문제는 지리적 문제. 호텔이 너무 외진 곳에 있어 시내 나가려면 그랩 타야 하는데 200링깃 정도. 셔틀버스 서비스 너무 불편해서 기대하지 않는게 좋음. 호텔 조식 서비스는 너무나 평범했음. 다시 방문하고 싶은 마음도, 주위에 추천하고 싶은 마음도 전혀 없음. 최근 2-3년간 방문했던 호텔 중 최악이었음.

A tropical beach resort with extras...

Well appointed quiet rooms. Vacant beach! A huge nature reserve adjacent, worth exploring with trained guides on premises.
