They didn't have the room I booked. Due to construction no breakfast. YET, price was the same.

Started off on the wrong foot, and did nearly nothing to gain back that trust.
No matter who is to blame the hotel advertised and was listed as having breakfast included.

Overall, the property was fine. It's in a convenient location for the interstate, the parks west of the city, and the city center, as well as several good local restaurants. The room was basic but clean. The drawback was that the lobby area was being renovated, which meant piles of construction materials around the side and back of the property and no breakfast (which I should have been notified about before I arrived). Maybe they could have made arrangements with the Denny's next door for $5 off your meal or something of the sort. Once the renovation is over I would definitely give a higher rating.
