I loved the hot and cold plunge pools and there was a water slide for the kids. I was there for a tennis tournament and the courts were amazing. The property was beautiful and we enjoyed the lobby bar and both restaurants. However, the rooms were dated and had a smell. It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t lovely either, lol. It was like… grandma’s house… or a nursing home. That said, we spent most of our time at the pool and at the matches.

There commercials boasted of connecting rooms. After one email and 2 phone calls assuring this would be done our rooms were not together. Our rooms were identical in every way but the cost was $72 + more for one of the rooms. Customer service is awful from check in to out and now that our stay is over you can’t get any communication from them. This was a very special occasion for our family and I’m heart broken.

It was a nice stay. Beautiful property. Couldn't really enjoy the pool. So many bees, they landed on me, and my husband and other guests. We left quickly. The person waiting on us was very nice. She did say she got stung last week. Not sure what they could do about it. However, it was a bummer. Everything else was great!
