Short Trip to Tucson
The host was fantastic! I stayed with friends and family for a soccer trip and had a great experience. Everything was as expected, and it would be an awesome place for an extended stay in the summer.

Comfortable stay in Tucson
There were 4 of us gal pals who stayed in this very comfortable house. We're all in our 60's and it was nice that it was a single story house with no stairs. We loved having the screened in sitting area in the backyard. The pool looked beautiful but it was only in the 60's during our stay, way too cold to swim. The ladies loved the coffee bar with all the kpods. The owner has a binder with everything you need to know about the house and places to eat, shop etc. It came in very handy. The location of the house was excellent for all the adventures we went on. Very close to the Saguaro National Park, San Xavier Mission, Titan Missile, Desert Diamond Casino and downtown Tucson plus many more. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning on visiting any of these places. On our way home to Phoenix we went to the Bioshphere 2 which was only an hour from the house.

We had an extended family vacation in Tucson. The house had everything we needed - plenty of beds, a washer/dryer, and a big kitchen and eating area.

Quick Trip in Tucson
Older, nicely designed home that slept 6 very comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked with all cooking utensils and pans needed to cook family meals. Nice coffee bar with complimentary keurig pods. Plenty of outdoor furniture to enjoy the warmth of the Tucson weather in winter. Cons: comes with all the nuances of an older home like gurgling sounds in master bathroom at all hours, very bright spotlights all around house, particularly there is one that shines right into master bedroom (blinds didn’t help to block out light), and the large glass slider leading to screened patio does not lock, creating safety concerns. All in all enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

A solid stay for our business trip.
We found our stay to be great for what we needed. Showers were warm, place was cool for the most part. A minor grievance would be the AC took a little while to fully cool down the bedrooms. I would suggest maybe a filter change? Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy house close to everything
What a great house! The location was convenient for us as we were visiting family that lives nearby. The pool was very nice, the living space was open and comfortable, the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked with everything you would ever need, the bedrooms were spacious and cozy, the bathrooms were extremely clean, and we felt right at home. The staff were also very responsive and kind. I highly recommend this home for a vacation rental!

Very nice stay
The house was just as advertised. It was roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the games to play, the foosball table and the pool. There was plenty of space for the entire family and it was close to everything we wanted to do. I am very pleased. All communication i had with the host were answered quickly.

Older home
When you go in house, there’s wallpaper falling off, no clocks in house, very small bathroom in the queen master, sink is not appropriate for that bathroom, hardly get your hands to wash. Needs more cookware and bakeware, Now for the back porch, in picture it has a nice rug under the furniture, no rug and the porch was very dirty. When you stage a house to rent it should be that way when your renters come. The sectional couch is not very comfy and also why do all these house have them, not really appropriate for 7 or 8 people. Next time I guess I’ll look for a house with comfortable furniture.. No entrance light, can’t see anything until you walk either in kitchen or over in corner by the TV. Doesn’t make sense..

We stayed at this property as our company was working an event nearby. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay immensely. The host was responsive, kind, and thoughtful. We had to move around our dates a few times and she was accommodating and helped us out quickly when needed. The pool was still a little too cool for our March stay, but it the backyard was lovely. We look forward to staying again if our company heads back to Tucson. Oh and the Orange tree in the backyard was a pleasant surprise. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay.

There were electrical safety items that needs to be addressed. Photos of the house did not reflect some of the rooms or the landscaping. Kitchen could be stocked better. Neighborhood is very quiet and parking is good for two cars.

Welcoming and comfortable!
I've stayed in lots of vacation rentals and it's hard to find one that really hits all the marks but this one does. It's nicely remodeled, spacious, clean, well stocked and well decorated, and easy to get to. We had plenty of space to be by ourselves or socialize and the kitchen was great. The owner is easy to work with and highly organized. Choose this one!

Pictures Didn't Show Everything
Everything pictured was as advertised. The house was clean and well-stocked with paper goods and a Keurig and coffee. The pool and back yard were very inviting, but it was too cold for us to utilize them in January. We appreciated the open layout and there were enough places for our family to gather and be comfortable. My grandchildren loved the foosball table! The location was close to restaurants and stores and not far from the airport. However, there were things that needed attention. The wallpaper in the entryway was peeling away from the wall. There was a huge brown stain in the carpet in the entrance to the master bedroom that turned my stomach. I received communication from the host when I first booked, and we had the information we needed to check in, but in between, when I had questions, I had to threaten to cancel to get a response. I have given this information to the host, and hope that she will address these issues so that the house can be fully enjoyable.
