Breakfast Resort Fee

I wasn't aware that there was going to be a resort fee that covered the cost of breakfast. If I had known that I probably would have stayed somewhere else and bought a better breakfast instead of having the "buffet." Loved the place other than that.

The Hull stay

Our experience at La Posada is always amazing when we come to Tucson. It’s a beautiful property with great amenities and wonderful customer service!

They tell you about bottomless mimosas at breakfast on weekends then have people who don’t speak English telling you that you can’t have any. Had to get an English speaker to help me out and we got some 20 minutes later. There’s a resort fee you won’t know about until you get there and the food is ass at the restaurant. This place is decent for the price though.

We have come to this hotel for many years and feel at home. This occasion was no exception, excellent treatment. As for the maintenance in general, I feel that it is failing, because in the shower faucet there were some "blue tapes" as if they were stopping it. We also got the impression that the cleanliness in general is not very good. Please take note of this, because your hotel is excellent and it would be a shame if it declined.

People need to watch out for extra fees. Make sure to report anything wrong with your room or take pictures because they will try and charge you for things you didn’t do after you leave. I have stayed at many hotels and I never had an issue like the one with them. I would advise people to stay away. The staff is not honest or trustworthy and it comes from the management on site.
